This policy explains what data korvy.com.br processes, why, who it may be shared with, and how to exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018). Last updated: October 9, 2026.

Who is responsible

KORVY is responsible for processing the data described here. For privacy inquiries, email korvy10@gmail.com.

What data we process

• Technical access data. Like any web server, ours automatically logs your IP address, the date and time, the requested page, and the browser used. These logs keep the site running, help investigate errors, and protect against abuse.
• Data you share with us. When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we process your name, contact details, and any project information you choose to share so we can respond and prepare a proposal.
• Audience measurement, only with your permission. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate which pages are visited, where visits come from, and how the site is used. We also record WhatsApp link clicks and the type of solution recommended by the assessment, without individual answers.

The free assessment runs entirely in your browser: your answers are not sent to KORVY. The site has no signup forms and does not sell data.

Cookies and browser storage

• Necessary: During your session, the site stores whether the opening animation has played and your scroll position when returning from a demo. It also saves your audience measurement choice to avoid asking on every visit. Your language and currency preference is saved for future visits.
• Measurement (optional): if you agree, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visits. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. If you decline or withdraw consent, measurement is disabled and these cookies are removed from this site.

Audience measurement is currently inactive on this site.

Why we process this data

• Technical logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational.
• WhatsApp or email conversations: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Audience measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who data may be shared with

• Hosting provider, which maintains the server storing the site and its technical logs.
• Google, only if you agree to measurement. Google may process this data outside Brazil under its own policies.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to start a conversation there. WhatsApp’s own policies also apply from that point.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

How long we retain data

Technical logs are kept as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Business conversations are retained while useful for handling your inquiry or meeting legal obligations. Measurement data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, among the other rights in Article 18 of Brazil’s LGPD. Send your request to korvy10@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes to this policy

If our data processing changes, such as when a new measurement tool is introduced, we will update this page and the date at the top.
